Every job requires prep time to mask and protect your home and property.

Every patch requires steps to insure its flat and blends into the surroundings without any sign it ever existed.

Every home has its own unique texture to make it feel like a home.

In order to complete our job correctly, to the best of our ability it takes time. We have a certain routine We must cover the timewith a minimum charge of $400. This covers a single patch or multiple patches but will be mandatory to every small job.

Standard price is 20 a sheet

Labor price only 

This will only include installation of gypsum 

We work as a 2 man finish crew

50 an hour each finisher

Total would be 100 an hour in most cases

This price usually applies towards patches and remodels.

This price is for new construction only 

This applies towards a job with sheetrock applied prior to us.

Level 4 finish no texture 

3 coat butts

2 coat flats

3 coat screws

2 coat angles

Touch up

Skip trowel

Crows foot 

Brush slap

Ect.

This will include installation, tape, level 4 finish with orange peel texture.

75 a sheet is standard 

-knockdown 80 a sheet

-Hand texture 90 a sheet

Travel will range 100 to 150 a sheet depending on distance and style of home.
